Bittersweet Kitchen is a St. Louis based, women owned enterprise. The proprietor, Audrey Scherrer, began her career in the hospitality industry. As she called on clients, she would occasionally bring chocolate truffles that she had learned to make at the Culinary Institute of America as thank you gifts. Soon, clients began ordering the truffles for their families. A business was born. Audrey formally created Bittersweet in 2011.
At Bittersweet Kitchen we do not believe that quality stops with the best ingredients. Our products are made in small batches, by hand, with freshly purchased all-natural premium ingredients.
